Front of House at the Ice House
Instructor: Allison Quensen BlattA successful theater production takes a lot more than what happens onstage! This workshop will explore the many Front of House and audience-facing jobs that help make a performance run smoothly at the Ice House.

We’ll take a look at what goes into running the box office, concessions, ushering, house management, audience seating, ticketing, and more. We’ll talk about what these jobs involve, how they work together, and what to expect when volunteering or working a performance.

Whether you’ve thought about volunteering at the Ice House, want to learn more about how theater works, or simply want to see what happens on the other side of the curtain, this workshop will give you an inside look at the people who help make the audience’s experience happen.
