Instructor: Soolah Hoops

Hoolah Hoops have been around for much longer than the 50’s!  On a vase in Ancient Greece there is an image of a hoop (trochus) being used on the waist. Greeks used hoops for tumbling, dancing and a rolling game.  Also used in games in Ancient Africa, Rome, America, and other places in the world.  Back then they were made of metal or wood.  In this fun and creative workshop you will make and decorate your own hoolah hoop!  Then you will learn to hoop on your waist and some fun tricks to make your hoop journey exciting.
