Join us for a full immersion in the local environment of Eastern West Virginia by engaging in the ancient Japanese process of Forest Bathing. This experience includes a short walk in our forest including deep relaxation exercises/meditation session preceding an invitation to compose original Nature Haikus.

Bring a pencil/pen, a writing pad, and a towel or exercise mat. NOTE: This program takes place at the Nature Center at Cacapon Resort State Park.  Tuition: $35/ $30 MAC members

In keeping with  the meditative nature of this program and the fact that it calls for deep awareness of the natural world, this will be a “cellphone-free” experience.
