DESCRIPTION:The Ice House Theater Project is excited to announce auditions for its upcoming Fall production of The Smell of the Kill\, a dark comedy by Michele Lowe directed by MAC’s own Hannah Salman.\n\nThis production is looking for three female and three male adult actors. Other open positions include technical assistance. Join Hannah on Monday\, August 3rd and Tuesday\, August 4th at 6:00 PM in Paradox Hall; all materials will be provided.\n\nNicky\, Debra and Molly are three unhappy wives each facing their own marital crises. When an ordinary dinner party turns into a chilly opportunity for the women to rid themselves of the sources of their woes\, they are faced with the dilemma of their lives—should they let their troublesome husbands thaw\, or leave them out in the cold… permanently?\n\nNicky: A cynical woman dealing with her husband’s legal struggles\nDebra: A bitter woman dealing with her husband’s unfaithfulness\nMolly: A naive woman dealing with her husband’s emotional instability\nJay: Nicky’s husband\nMarty: Debra’s husband\nDanny: Molly’s husband\n\nShow Dates: September 24-27\, October 1-4\, 2026
