AUDITIONS FOR LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

BERKELEY SPRINGS, WV ---- The Morgan Arts Council is holding auditions for the popular musical "Little Shop of Horrors" at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 12 and 13. Auditions are held at the Ice House and people may attend either one.

There are 25 roles in the play for adults and young adults, and all are open to be cast.

"Everyone needs to be prepared to sing," said director, Tom Brooks. "I encourage the actors to prepare something with which they are comfortable, preferably not from the show." Brooks explained that there will be an accompanist or those auditioning can bring a CD with recorded music or sing a cappella . "If someone cannot make the two audition dates, we can arrange another time," said Brooks, "but they need to call before August 14."
