Reservation Policy

To reserve tickets call 304-258-2300, some tickets may be available for presale.

• Box Office opens 45-60 minutes before show time.
  
  
• You may select your seats only when purchasing tickets.
  
  
• Once the number of unreserved seats are sold to walk-ins, a Wait List is created, and only patrons with reservations may purchase tickets and select seats until 15 minutes prior to show time. If you have reserved tickets through the Hotline 304-258-2300, you MUST arrive at the Box Office at least 15 minutes before show time, or your reservation will be released to the Wait List.
  
  
• At 15 minutes before show time, patrons on the Wait List may begin to pay for and select seats, and unclaimed reservations will be released as necessary.
  
  
• If you have reserved tickets via the Hotline and you arrive after 15 minutes prior to show time, you can still pay for and select seats IF your reservation has not been released to patrons on the Wait List.
  
  
• Late comers arriving after show start will be seated at House Manager's discretion.
